Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Couponify, including our website at couponify.us, our browser extension, and any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

2. Electronic Communications

By using the Service, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including by email and through in-product notifications. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing, to the extent permitted by law. You are responsible for keeping your contact information accurate.

3. Nature of the Service

Couponify provides shopping-assistance tools, including:

• Finding, identifying, and — where technically supported and initiated by your interaction — automatically testing and applying available coupon codes at checkout;
• A referral feature through which sharing Couponify may unlock a larger discount for you and the person you refer ("double coupon");
• Surfacing products and offers, including those recommended by creators;
• A creator program through which creators may earn a share of affiliate commissions generated by their audience.

Couponify operates as a promotional and affiliate-based marketing service. It is free to use.

4. Account Registration and Security

You may use certain features as a registered user or as a visitor; these Terms apply either way. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and notify us promptly of any unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account caused by your failure to maintain security. Where you sign in through a third-party service (such as Google), you represent that you are the lawful owner of that account. We apply reasonable measures to protect account information, but no system is completely secure.

5. Referrals and Rewards

Referral rewards and any promotional discounts ("Rewards," including the double-coupon benefit) are promotional incentives funded from affiliate commissions. Rewards are conditional and contingent, are non-transferable, and do not constitute wages, deposits, stored value, or property rights. Rewards remain subject to merchant confirmation, affiliate-network validation, reversal policies, and compliance review. Meeting any threshold does not create an unconditional right to payment.

Referral and reward programs are intended for personal, non-commercial use. You may not: refer yourself or coordinated accounts; create synthetic, duplicate, or automated accounts; engage in bulk or commercial promotion without authorization; or exploit technical or operational vulnerabilities. We may withhold, reverse, or revoke Rewards, and suspend or terminate accounts, in cases of suspected abuse. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional program at any time.

6. Creator Program

Creators may participate in Couponify's referral and attribution program to earn a share of affiliate commissions generated by their audience. Participation, eligibility, and payout terms are governed by these Terms and any separate creator agreement you accept. Creator earnings are conditional on merchant confirmation and affiliate-network validation, and may be withheld, reduced, or reversed where an underlying commission is declined, reversed, or clawed back, or where abuse is suspected. We may modify or discontinue the creator program at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property, Fair Use & Anti-Abuse

The Service and all related content, software, technology, trademarks, logos, and designs are owned by or licensed to Couponify Group LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

You agree not to use the Service in any manner that: violates applicable law; infringes the rights of others; compromises the security of any account; gains or attempts to gain unauthorized access to systems or data; uses bots, scraping, or artificial traffic without authorization; interferes with the operation or integrity of the Service; reverse engineers or attempts to derive the source code except as permitted by law; circumvents security or content-protection mechanisms; creates fraudulent or coordinated accounts; engages in self-referrals or transactions lacking genuine consumer intent; or exploits vulnerabilities to generate ineligible Rewards. We maintain fraud-prevention and compliance systems and are not obligated to disclose their internal methods. You may be responsible for losses arising from affiliate clawbacks or reversals caused by your violation of these Terms.

8. Coupons & Price Information

Coupon and price features are informational tools to help you identify potential savings. We may collect publicly available coupons, vouchers, promotional codes, and offers, and update them periodically. Where technically supported, you may initiate automated coupon testing at checkout. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Product information, prices, availability, and promotions may change at any time; verify final details on the merchant's site before purchasing.
• Coupons may be subject to exclusions, limitations, and additional merchant terms, and may not always result in savings.
• We do not guarantee that you will obtain the lowest price or any savings for a particular purchase.
• Any purchase is a transaction between you and the merchant. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses arising from transactions with third-party merchants.

9. Affiliate Relationships and Commissions

Couponify participates in affiliate marketing programs. When you complete a purchase through a coupon, deal, or link that Couponify provides, we may earn a commission from the retailer at no additional cost to you. These commissions keep the Service free and fund payouts to creators and referral rewards. Couponify applies a coupon only after you choose to, on a page with a live offer, with clear notice, and does not add any charge to your purchase.

10. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, how we use it, how it may be shared with affiliate partners, service providers, and creators, and your rights under applicable data-protection laws. When you visit third-party websites through links provided by the Service, those sites operate independently.

11. Sanctions & Export Compliance

You represent that you are not located in, organized under the laws of, or ordinarily resident in any country or territory subject to comprehensive sanctions or export restrictions, and that you will not use the Service in violation of applicable sanctions or export-control laws.

12. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Couponify Group LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable legal fees arising directly from your violation of these Terms or applicable law, your infringement of third-party rights, or your fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful conduct in connection with the Service. This does not apply to the extent claims arise from our own gross negligence, willful misconduct, or violation of law. Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights.

13. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, successful coupon application, or any savings. Nothing excludes liability where prohibited by law.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, loss of anticipated savings, merchant decisions, or affiliate-network determinations. Nothing limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or non-waivable statutory rights.

15. Customer Support and Complaints

For questions, concerns, or complaints regarding the Service, your account, or Rewards, contact us at hello@couponify.us. We will review requests within a reasonable timeframe. Submitting a request does not waive any rights you may have under applicable law.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Except as otherwise required by mandatory local law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. EU/UK users are governed by the consumer-protection laws of their country of residence. Nothing limits non-waivable statutory rights.

Before initiating formal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally for at least thirty (30) days via the support channel in Section 15. If you are located in the United States, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, except where prohibited by law; to the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in class or representative actions. Either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction. EU/UK and other international users may bring disputes before their competent local courts where arbitration is unenforceable. If any part of this section is unenforceable, it shall be limited or severed to the minimum extent required.

17. Service Modifications

We may modify or discontinue features to comply with legal, regulatory, affiliate-network, or operational requirements. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or other appropriate channels where required by law. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

18. Miscellaneous

You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Couponify Group LLC regarding the Service and supersede prior agreements. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver, and nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship.
